Alentis Therapeutics and PinotBio have signed a research and licensing agreement to develop new claudin-1-targeting antibody-drug conjugates. The partnership adds linker and payload options to a pipeline already containing two clinical-stage ADCs, although financial terms and new product candidates remain undisclosed.
