Evommune is expanding its immunology pipeline through an exclusive licensing agreement for Hinova Pharmaceuticals' investigational oral VAV1 molecular glue degrader. The deal combines $30 million in upfront consideration with more than $1 billion in potential milestone payments, but the drug has not yet demonstrated safety or efficacy in patients.
