Ironfist’s Tamrada more than doubles survival in preclinical pancreatic cancer model
Ironfist Therapeutics reports that its lutetium-177 Tamrada nanomedicine more than doubled survival when combined with anti-PD-1 therapy in a resistant pancreatic cancer mouse model. The company is preparing a copper-64 imaging study for early 2027, but no human efficacy results are available.
